Grandma Helen'S Hungarian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 pt. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Chop onion and cook in oil with paprika and water.
    Cover and simmer until tender.
    Add flour to sour cream.
    Bring to boil. Serve immediately over wide egg noodles or dumplings.
