Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can celery or mushroom soup
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Drain salmon; save 1/4 cup of juice.
    Mix all ingredients and add juice a little at a time, as to make it not too runny.
    Bake in a loaf pan at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, until brown.
    Cool in pan.
