Yummy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 deboned chicken breasts, boiled in salt and pepper
1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick margarine, melted
1 1/2 rolls crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cut up chicken pieces and place in bottom of casserole dish. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.
Top with crackers and margarine.
(Mix with crushed crackers and sprinkle on top.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
