Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. liquid oil
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 c. sour milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. finely diced rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix together ingredients.
Divide batter between two well-greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until bread tests done with toothpick.
Turn out onto rack to cool.
