Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. Jiffy baking mix
    1 c. ripe mashed bananas (2 to 3 medium)
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream the shortening and sugar.
    Combine remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake about 55 minutes.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0 and grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
