Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cube (4 Tbsp.) margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. milk
    3 c. diced rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Melt the margarine in 2-quart dish.
    Mix together in the dish the sugar, flour, baking powder and milk. Add the rhubarb. Sprinkle with the sugar.
    Don't mix. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
