Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts
1 stick margarine
marshmallows

Preparation

Line bottom of casserole with large marshmallows.
Peel and cook the potatoes until done; mash.
Add the vanilla and pour over the marshmallows.
Melt margarine; add the nuts and brown sugar and pour on top of the potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
