Cheese And Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grits
    2 c. cheese
    Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. butter
    2 tsp. mustard
    3 Tbsp. flour
    4 egg yolks
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Cook grits and cheese in double boiler.
    Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce, butter, mustard, flour and egg yolks until thickened, then add egg whites, beaten.
    Add to grits.
    Bake for about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
