Fried Eggplant With Pork Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or more long eggplants, sliced diagonally
    1 lb. pork hash or ground chicken
    chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. shoyu
    1/4 tsp. salt
    ajinomoto
Preparation
    Thinly slice the eggplants;
    soak for a few minutes and dry with paper towel.
    Fry in oil until brown and tender; set aside. Brown the
    pork hash or ground chicken in skillet; add chicken broth to
    cover
    hash.
    Add the remaining ingredients; simmer 10 to\t15
    minutes.
    Thicken with cornstarch.\tLayer as follows: pork
