Caramel Orange Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    49 caramels (14 oz. bag)
    1/3 c. pure orange juice
    1/4 tsp. orange rind, grated
    pound cake cubes
    toasted almonds, slivered
Preparation
    Melt caramels with orange juice in covered double boiler or in saucepan over low heat.
    Stir occasionally until sauce is smooth. Add orange rind.
    Pour into fondue pot; keep warm while serving. Dip cake into caramel sauce; roll in almonds.
    Makes 1 1/3 cups.
