Elaine'S Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2-1/4 C cake flour
1-2/3 C sugar
1-1/4 tsp baking powder
1-1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2/3 C shortening
2/3 C buttermilk
3 eggs
1-1/4 mashed bananas
2/3 C chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
Pour into greased and floured cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0F until done, about 30 minutes.
