Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sausage
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    6 slices wheat bread, cubed
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain all but 3 tablespoons grease.
    Saute vegetables in remaining grease.
    Set aside.
