Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening or oil
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    1/2 c. sugar or 2 pkg. artificial sweetener
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. oat bran
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. unprocessed flour
    1/2 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine oil, molasses, sugar, egg and vanilla and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Spoon batter in greased muffin tins, filling each two-thirds full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
