Gail'S Blintz Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (24 count) pkg. frozen cheese blintzes
    1/2 cube butter, melted
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. sour cream
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. orange juice or orange juice concentrate
    cinnamon (sprinkled over top)
Preparation
    Butter bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Dip blintzes in melted butter.
    Mix sugar, vanilla, sour cream, eggs and orange juice in blender.
    Pour over blintzes.
    Sprinkle cinnamon over blintzes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Can use other flavor blintzes.
