Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. grated carrots
4 Tbsp. hot water
2 1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil, egg yolks and carrots.
Add water; beat with mixer.
Add remaining ingredients; beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
Pour into greased and floured cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
