Peaches To Make Fried Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 lbs. peaches
    5 lbs. sugar
    1 pint vinegar
Preparation
    Slice peaches with peeling on.
    Add sugar and vinegar.
    Cook down real low.
    Pack hot in jars and seal.
    Process jars in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
