Spanish Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, ground
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced green peppers
    1 pkg. broad noodles
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1 onion, sliced thin
Preparation
    Fry meat and onion in butter. Add peppers and celery.
    Let this cook for awhile.
    Add tomatoes.
    Mix boiled noodles and heat. Place in baking dish. Dot with butter.
    Add a little more tomato juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake for 1/2 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven. Serve hot.
