Meat With Red Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef roast
    1 lb. tomatoes, toasted and peeled
    1 tsp. garlic
    5 red chili peppers, toasted and peeled
Preparation
    Cut beef into small pieces.
    Cook in pan with small amount of oil.
    Cook until medium rare.
    Add tomatoes, chilies and garlic into blender.
    Add to meat.
    Add 1 cup of water or 2 to thicken . Add flour and let boil for 15 minutes on low heat.
