Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whipped potatoes
    4 Tbsp. flour
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 medium onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Shape about 6 balls of potatoes in palms of hands.
    Roll in flour to cover both sides.
    Heat butter or margarine in skillet over medium heat.
    Brown on both sides.
