Chicken Breast In Fillo (Phyllo) Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, boned and halved
    12 sheets phyllo dough (Athens in frozen food section)
    2/3 c. melted magarine or butter
    1/2 c. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Spread mustard on both sides of chicken.
    Spread margarine on one sheet of phyllo.
    Place second sheet of phyllo on top of first and spread with margarine.
    Place breast half in one corner of phyllo.
    Fold corner over breast, then fold sides over and roll breast up in sheets to form a package.
    Place in large, ungreased baking dish.
    Repeat with remaining breasts and phyllo sheets. Brush packets with margarine.
    At this point, the dish may be tightly sealed and frozen.
    Thaw completely before baking.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden.
    Serve hot.
