Squash And Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
5 c. cooked winter squash (1 large butternut)
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Prick the bottom and sides of prepared pie shell.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until golden.
Make sure the squash is mashed.
Mix squash with remaining ingredients.
Pour into hot pie shell.
Dust with cinnamon and serve with a green vegetable or tossed salad for main dish.
