Fruit Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sunflower seeds
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. dried fruit or apricots, finely chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan with aluminum foil.
    Spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
    In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Stir in chopped fruit.
    Add eggs, oil and orange juice.
    Stir until well blended.
    Spread batter into foil-lined pan.
    Sprinkle sunflower seeds evenly over top.
    Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool in pan on wire rack.
    Lift foil by ends onto cutting board.
    Fold back edges of foil and cut into 3 x 1-inch bars.
    Wrap individually in foil and freeze.
    Makes 24 bars.
