No Bake Blueberry Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust or baked crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. + 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in condensed milk.
Add 1/3 cup lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust.
In medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
Mix well.
Add water and remaining lemon juice.
Add blueberries.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes or until thick and clear.
Cool 10 minutes.
Spread over pie. Chill 3 hours until set.
Refrigerate leftovers.
