Swiss-Style Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped almonds
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. margarine
    6 unbreaded chicken breast fillets
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl.
    Combine egg and milk in a second bowl.
    Combine next 5 ingredients in a third bowl. Dip fillets in flour, shake off excess.
    Dip in egg, then crumb mixture.
    Press crumbs on firmly.
    Heat margarine in skillet on medium heat.
    Pan fry fillets until golden, about 2 minutes on each side.
