Molded Green Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime jello
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. horseradish (optional)
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple and juice
    1 (1 pt.) pkg. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Mix jello with hot water.
    Let cool and thicken, almost jell. Add the balance of the ingredients.
    Include horseradish if you like it; stir well.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan or leave in a casserole dish.
    Refrigerate to set.
    May be cut into squares and served on lettuce or left in a casserole and passed.
