Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. peeled, grated zucchini
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda (baking)
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add and mix well, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Add and mix well, flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder.
    Add chopped nuts.
    Pour into greased loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
