Two-Crust Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. lemon rind (optional)
1 medium lemon, peeled
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and salt.
Blend in butter, add beaten eggs, water, rind and lemon (cut into slices) to sugar mixture. Put in unbaked pie shell.
Top with crust and pick with fork.
No slits in top.
Filling will be real sugary.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
