Vicki'S Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/3 c. Crisco or 4 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. warm water
    1 c. warmed tomato sauce
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Sift together flour, salt and sugar.
    With pastry blender, cut in Crisco. Dissolve yeast in water. Add to flour mixture. Beat vigorously 2 minutes. Dust surface.
    Knead 25 times.
    Let rest 10 to 15 minutes. Spread on greased pan.
    Top with warm sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Yields 1 cookie sheet size pizza.
