Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. sausage
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. ???
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
3 drops hot sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 green pepper, diced
1 can (large) pineapple chunks, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Mix well and shape into 1-inch meatballs.
Brown in oleo over medium heat and drain.
Place in baking dish.
Combine cornstarch, vinegar and sugar in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until clear and thick. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Makes about 6 dozen.
