Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/2 tsp. minced fresh onion
    1 beaten egg
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli about 8 minutes in boiling water.
    Drain.
    Mix mushroom soup, mayonnaise, onion, cheese and egg with broccoli. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and sprinkle with Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Bake 20 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
