New Orleans Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. diced potatoes
    1 qt. cold water
    3/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 oz. onion
    12 1/2 oz. cream of celery soup
    12 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 1/2 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. liquid margarine
    4 Tbsp. corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Cook the potatoes in water for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain off water. Combine all ingredients except margarine and crumbs.
    Place in long pan. Drizzle margarine on top and sprinkle corn flake crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
