Double Raspberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. black raspberry jello
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1 medium banana, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over gelatin in large bowl, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
    Add raspberries and pineapple juice; stir until berries are thawed and gelatin is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
    Fold in banana.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Serve, topped with whipping cream, if desired.
