Zucchini Wonton Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large zucchini, grated
    2 large carrots, grated
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 c. black olives, chopped fine
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    2 Tbsp. hot mustard or horseradish
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 large egg, beaten well
    wonton wraps
Preparation
    Prepare zucchini and carrots first.
    Let sit in cheesecloth and salt lightly.
    Squeeze and drain out excess water for at least 40 minutes.
