Banana Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. diced bananas (approximately 3)
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Measure dry ingredients and sift together.
    Add to dry ingredients the diced bananas (measured), oil, vanilla, eggs, crushed pineapple with juice and nuts.
    Stir to blend.
    Do not beat.
    Pour into a greased 9-inch tube pan or 2 loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Cool on rack before removing from pan.
