Cabbage And Onion - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 7 slices bacon
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 medium head cabbage, quartered, cored and cut into slices
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towel. Crumble into bits and set aside. Stir bell pepper and onion into hot bacon grease until softened. Stir in cabbage and stir. Increase heat to high. Stir-fry until cabbage is tender. Season with black pepper. Remove from pan and sprinkle with bacon bits.
