Paper Cup Frozen Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. light sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 or 2 bananas, diced
    4 drops red food coloring
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 (16 oz.) can pitted dark sweet cherries, well drained
    12 lettuce cups
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pineapple, bananas and food coloring; mix well.
    Fold in nuts and cherries. Place 12 cupcake papers in muffin tins.
    Spoon mixture into cups evenly.
    Cover with plastic wrap and freeze.
