Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken (about 2 1/2 lb.)
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    milk
Preparation
    Wash and simmer chicken, covered in salted water until chicken is very tender.
    Remove chicken and reserve broth.
    Debone chicken and cut into long, thin slices.
