Milk Rice(Arroz Con Leche) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    115 grams rice
    280 grams sugar
    30 grams raisins
    4 c. milk
    2 c. water
    2 egg yolks
    1 stick cinnamon
Preparation
    Soak rice in hot water for 15 minutes.
    Wash rice in cold water.
    Cook in 2 cups of water and cinnamon.
    When water has evaporated, add sugar and milk until it boils.
    When rice is cooked, add lightly beaten yolks.
    Boil for a few minutes and serve in large plate garnished with raisins.
