Apple Butter Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. Crisco oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Smucker's apple butter
    1/2 c. raisins, boiled and drained
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Sift
    flour,
    baking
    powder,
    soda and spices together. Cream oil,
    eggs and sugar.
    Add apple butter, raisins and nuts to the oil,
    eggs and sugar.
    Then add the sifted dry ingredients; mix well.
    Pour
    into
    a
    9 x 5-inch loaf pan.\tBake in a 375\u00b0 oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Yield: 1 loaf.
