Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 medium onion, minced
4 Tbsp. margarine, cut into small pieces
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. caraway seed
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray.
In skillet, melt margarine.\tAdd potatoes, onion, salt, pepper and caraway seed. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender and brown, about 15 minutes, turning potatoes occasionally with pancake turner.
Remove skillet from heat.\tSprinkle potato mixture with cheese.
Cover skillet until cheese melts.
