Diabetic Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked Cream of Wheat
    1 c. self-rising flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into greased skillet or baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
