Pineapple Upside-Down - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Jiffy yellow cake mix
    1 vanilla instant pudding
    1 large pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained well (save juice)
    1 large container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Drain pineapple overnight.
    (Press occasionally with a fork.) Prepare cake according to directions.
    Use pineapple juice in place of water.
    Bake about 15 minutes in
    a 13 x 9-inch pan. Cool.
