Mock Boursin Au Poivre - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 or 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. dill weed
    some oregano or a little cayenne pepper (if desired)
    lemon pepper
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese with garlic, caraway, basil and dill weed. Pat into round flat shape.
    Roll generously on all sides in lemon pepper.
    Make a few days ahead.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
