Chop Suey Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground round steak
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. dry instant rice
Preparation
-
Brown and simmer first 4 ingredients for 15 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix altogether in a covered casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
