Wine Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/3 c. sugar (or more to taste)
    1 c. boiling water
    juice of 2 1/2 lemons
    1/2 c. wine
    1/2 c. extra water
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatine in 1/2 cup of water and add rest of ingredients.
