Cream Of Celery Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken stock
    3 c. celery, cut in pieces
    2 c. boiling water
    1 slice onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 c. cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook celery in stock and water until soft and rub through sieve.
    Scald onion in milk; remove onion.
    Add milk to stock. Bind with butter and flour cooked together.
    Add cream.
    Season and reheat.
