Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Work in margarine as mixing biscuits.
Reserve one cup of mixture.
To the rest add egg and combine with milk.
Beat with electric mixer.
Transfer to shallow pan rubbed with shortening or sprayed with Pam and dusted with flour.
Add cinnamon and brown sugar to reserved one cup of dry mix.
Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until center is done.
