Sugared Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pecans
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar and blend.
Add pecans until well mixed.
Melt butter in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Press pecan mixture in butter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes; stir every 10 minutes.
