Stromboli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves, frozen bread, thawed
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1/4 lb. pepperoni
    2 pkg. mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Roll dough to pie crust thickness. In middle of dough put 1/4 of sausage, pepperoni and cheese.
    Fold over dough, layer again.
    Cut in half, fold over edges.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Repeat with other loaf.
    Brush top with egg white cut into 1 inch pieces.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Serve with warm pizza sauce.
