Banana Macadamia Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) jar coarsely chopped Macadamia nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl, combine first 8 ingredients.
    Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (2 to 3 minutes).
    Add bananas and orange juice.
    Continue beating until well mixed (1 minute).
    By hand, stir in coconut and nuts.
    (Batter will be thick.)
